Misture até engrossar, em fogo baixo. Desligue e junte 100ml de Catupiry ou requeijão.<br /><br />Montagem:<br />Num refratário, forre os fundos com um pouco do creme bechamel. Por cima coloque fatias do pão cobrindo. Depois coloque o presunto, a mussarela e os tomates temperados e por cima uma camada de pão de forma fazendo camadas de cada ingrediente. Cubra o molho bechamel. Decore com rodelas de tomate, queijo parmesão e orégano. Leve para gratinar.</span></div>

Despeje a massa e bata a assadeira com a massa algumas<br />
vezes numa superfície dura a fim de eliminar eventuais<br />
bolhas de ar que podem expandir e causar a quebra do<br />
bolo na hora de desenformar. <br />

Leve ao forno, que deverá estar com temperatura alta e<br />
deixe assando nesta temperatura por 10 minutos. <br />
Passados os 10 minutos, abaixe para temperatura média e<br />
deixe por aproximadamente mais 20 minutos. <br />

Para saber se o bolo está assado, enfie um palito no<br />

O ponto certo é ficar uma calda grossa e os morangos em pedaços já desmachando. -2 copos (requeijão) de água morna<br />

<li class="ingredient">2 colheres de sopa de azeitonas verdes picadas</li>
<li class="ingredient">1/2 lata de ervilhas</li>
<li class="ingredient">100 gramas de queijo mussarela ralado</li>
<li class="ingredient">1 ovo batido para pincelar</li>
<li class="ingredient">150 gramas de queijo ralado ralada</li>

<h4>Recheio</h4>Refogue a cebola e o alho no azeite. Junte a carne moída e frite até dourar<br />
Adicione os tomates e cozinhe até desmanchar. Juntes os demais ingredientes.<br />
Deixe esfriar antes de colocar na massa~<br />

<h4>Massa</h4>misture o sache de fermento junto com 2 collheres de farinha e um pouco de água morna,reserve.Numa bacia grande coloque os demais ingredientes,os ovos dê uma leve batida separado,acrescente a mistura de fermento e amasse até dar ponto,pode ser que necessite um pouco mais de 1 kg de farinha.Deixe crescer<br />
Abra a massa e coloque o recheio de carne e a mussarela ralada. Forma um rocambole.<br />
Enrole como um rocambole.<br />
Pincele ovo batido e polvilhe queijo ralado.<br />
Coloque em uma forma untada e deixe crescer por 20 minutos.<br />
Asse em forno pré-aquecido, 180 graus, 15 minutos<br />
